The Natural Vegetable Company (http://www.natvegco.com) was established ten years ago to grow and trade in organically grown produce in the Inverness area. A complete range of seasonal vegetables are grown in commercial polytunnels and on a field scale on the ten acres holding at Torbreck on the edge of Inverness. Produce is traded by way of a box scheme to regular customers and to restaurants and hotels. The business now well established requires assistance to develop and expand. We are looking to fill what would initially be a part-time position for an assistant to get involved in all aspects of a developing business. It is anticipated that training in practical aspects of the business will be provided. This could lead on to a full time post.
